Pictures from the MRI...

She was so happy to be there. She smiled at everyone who looked her way...The fact that she hadn't eaten anything since 8 pm the night before didn't seem to faze her. After the I.V. She did not even cry. We prayed before it was done that God would give us favor and let it get installed the first time. Last time it took 8 tries. Shudder... They called a picu nurse in to do it, per our wishes, and it was quick and easy.
Within seconds of installing the sedative. She went out like a light. Last time, it wasn't this easy. This time, her eyes rolled back and she was gone. She did wake up during the dye injection part of the MRI though. We had to stop. She processes narcotics like her momma.
Hope we find out the results soon!!!

We are praying for good results for Rachel from the MRI! I'm so glad that you had a nurse from the PICU to start the IV!

We saw Emma's doctor yesterday and found out that she does NOT have hydrocephalus! But she probably does have craniosynostosis in just the back part of her head. We have to take her to a neurosurgeon at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

Praise the Lord about the hydrocephalus.

When do you go in for the neurosurgeous visit?

I will be praying for her...and you too. This is scary!

Such a happy, sweet baby. Aww, I just want to kiss her sweet cheeks. :-)

Praying for good results.

You COULD kiss her cheeks if you came here...you know it's ONLY 4 hours away...

Thanks for the prayers, Holly! Emma doesn't have an appointment with the neurosurgeon yet, but we'll probably hear from them soon.

I'd like to kiss Rachel's cheeks, too! But I bet it's more than a 4 hour drive for me! :-)
