Now both of our little girls are sitting...
Do you think Emma is close to walking yet?
Unfortunately no...Emma can sit up for a few minutes, but only if we put her in position first. Then she falls over after she gets tired. She can stand with support, and if we put her in her walker she propels herself around with her feet, but she's not really walking because she's sitting down while she's moving. I'm getting anxious because Regional Center wants her to start a special pre-school program and no one is providing any sort of mobility device for her yet. She can't sit in a regular chair....what will they do with her?
rachel is getting some kind of stander device that has wheels on it. would that work for emma? we just had to have her therapist approve the need, and our insurance pays for it.
