I really need a new bed!! What kind of bed is good for 2 overweight people who move around alot? I am waking up completely miserable and sore...Laying on one side makes that side burn, so I am left with my back and my left side. I don't want to pour lots of money into a bed and have it be just as bad...so, help!?!
On another note. This potty training business is driving me berserk. I tried it before with Nathan and he would kind of do it, but mostly not. So, we decided to stop for awhile, and let him grow up a bit. Now, he is content to do his business in the potty or in his pants. Doesn't matter to him. I tried the jelly bean tricks, and he will pee a tiny bit in the potty and scream for his jelly bean. I will make him get it all out, and he will...but only to pee AGAIN 5 minutes later. Why does he have so much pee? He might poop in the potty, but then again he might not. If I have a protective pull up on him, he will pee in it. If I have underwear on him, he will poop in it. I am about to pull my hair out with this one. It has NEVER been this hard with any of the other kids. He is going to be 3 the end of this month.

We're having similar issues with Matthew (he turned 3 in August). Except that he REALLY doesn't want to go in the potty at all! Nathan is actually doing better than Matthew at the moment....
I just ordered something online called "Potty Training in One Day". It's a kit that comes with a doll called Potty Scotty who can pee in the toilet. I'm hoping that this will help!
Good luck to you....let me know if you come up with some brilliant scheme that works, and I'll try it with Matthew! :-)
As far as a bed goes, Paul and I bought a really nice (expensive) pillow-top mattress and box-spring set, but my hip and my back still went out until we bought a memory foam topper (it's about 3 inches thick). The topper really helps!
