Pictures will be soon, dear Robyn. Still not quite done, but much better than before.
Joann, I am feeling okay. I have slowed down the soda, and I really feel better once I have that out of my system. I wish it was enough to make me quit altogether, but sadly...its not. I am sleeping poorly, due to a crummy bed, and loud crummy neighbors. But I seem to be doing a little better... Maybe alot of my pain is also related to menstral cycles? Is that possible?
Get a $10 box fan, turn it on high at night, in your bedroom = voila, no more noisy neighbors bothering you.
Watch your diet, cut out all junk, eat less meat and dairy and more vegetables and fruit and you will feel better and menstrual cycles will be lighter and more comfortable, mysterious aches and pains will go away.
That will be $45, you can pay at the window. (LOL!)
Robyn's fan suggestion is a good one..."white noise" of some kind really helps to drown out the outside noises.
Boy, how I wish that just changing one's diet could get rid of all "mysterious aches and pains"!!
Unfortunately it's not always that simple. :-(
But if your experience is that eliminating soda from your diet helps, then by all means do that!!
And sure, some of your symptoms may be related to your menstrual cycle...hormones are powerful chemicals that can really have an effect on how you feel.
But you've had periods for a couple of decades, right?? Have you ever felt this "crummy" before? If not, maybe it's time to ask a doctor about some of the symptoms.
Just my two cents worth...and that's REALLY all it's worth, of course.

Of course I care! I'm VERY glad you weren't buried under a pile of c**p! :-)
How are you feeling today?

Well . . . I'm waiting for pictures of your beautifully de-cluttered house . . . :-)
