Saturday progress report #1

Kitchen-falling apart slowly...must get back on that.

Paperwork-kept up on...proud of myself. This was a big one.

Weight-244. Lost 2 pounds since I started. Most excellent.

Sugar-none except the very occasional bite of chocolate or bread

Junk food-nothing except a half a chicken sandwich from Wendy's tonight with a salad for dinner

I feel good about my progress.
