Oh boy! Well, I always wished that my parents had gotten me braces when I was a teenager. They couldn't afford it, though....
Believe it or not, I've thought about getting them at my advanced age! :-)
Yes, it's funny what we think about when we grow up. My husband has thought about it, but I think his teeth would actually break!
I actually DO have insurance on her, but it doesnt cover braces, so we were stuck...but she needs them. If you enlarge the photo, you can tell.
They wont put the bottoms on until the tops straighten out some, and her bite gets corrected.
Advanced age, my fanny!!! Your no where near advanced.

LOL! Well, tell Ashley that maybe she and I can be "metal-mouths" together!
Seriously, she'll be really glad she did this now, rather than later! I actually need them, too...at least my dentist says so. But they ARE expensive! And right now we're trying to save up money towards Emma's surgery. I have dental insurance but it doesn't cover braces either.
